What size should I get?

AMPD Bands come in two sizes:

Small/Medium: 170mm (≈ 6.7 inches)
Large/X-Large: 190mm (≈ 7.5 inches)

To find your size, wrap a string or flexible tape around your wrist, then measure it. Under 6.7"? Go Small/Medium. Over that? Large/X-Large will fit best.
Does it feel tight?

Nope — it’s snug, not tight. The elastic stretches gently and softens slightly with wear. It’s made to stay secure without squeezing or digging into your wrist.
Can I wear it during workouts?
