⚡ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Email us at sales@liveampd.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

⚡ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

⚡ Non-Returnable Items

Used items, customized products, and digital goods are non-returnable unless defective.

⚡ Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Email us and we’ll do our best to help with an exchange.

⚡ Shipping Costs
